Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born at 19th of December 1986. She was born in Canada She has been working as an actress in film for a number of years. The most famous of them was Alexis Rose on the CBC TV sitcom Schitt's creek, that began in the year 2015. The show was cancelled in 2020. The critics praised her for her performance and presented her with a Primetime Emmy Award. She was born on the Canadian province of Ontario. Her birthplace was in Ottawa in Canada. Elmwood School, Ottawa is where she first began her involvement in theatre productions. Her next step was to attend Concordia University and pursue a stage performance diploma. After that, she took classes at the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory in which she studied how to act. She moved to Los Angeles in her early twenties and pursued acting. Annie Murphy launched her acting career in 2007 with the crime thriller television film Lethal Obsession. After that, she continued to perform as a small, and even extra roles in various films. Certain of her movies were very well-received, including Story of Jen from 2008 Lick (2010) as well as A Windigo Tale. Additionally, she appeared in Canadian television shows such as Good God aired on 2012 Rookie Blue aired that same year. She has proven her ability to take in many acting projects.
